The Company and The Role

The client is the UK's leading specialist provider of buy-to-let mortgages to professional landlords and residential property investors.

Due to sustained increases in business & valuation levels, our client is seeking an additional home-based Regional Staff Surveyor to join their prestigious nationwide team.

This unique position requires the successful candidate to take on responsibility for West/Central London by providing specialist property advice to the group that includes:

• Undertaking detailed mortgage valuations and security assessments of residential investment properties 

• Buy to Let, multiple occupancy and property management.

• Organising your own diary appointments with manageable workloads of 1-3 inspections a day on a Single reporting format

• A policy ensures quality work is retained for in-house staff surveyors

Requirements

• MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS 

• Some post-qualification experience in Multiple Occupancy & BTL valuation work is preferred but not essential.

• Able to use your own initiative and manage your own workload,

• enjoy a challenge and be adaptable
