They are looking for residential surveyors to join their outstanding team on a zero hours contract. You will be home-based and undertake a very manageable workload of mortgage valuations and Homebuyer reports covering a tight local area.

Requirements

• You will be AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with experience in mortgage valuations and Homebuyer reports and able to offer a minimum of 2 working days.

• You will be quality driven, reliable and motivated.

On Offer

Full Time Role - salary is circa £50k - £58k with a bonus scheme, car allowance and other benefits.

OR

Zero hours Role - 50/ 50 fee split after VAT and any referral fees, PI insurance covered, all IT kit & holiday pay - based on days worked
